Shipping Policy – Akayu

At Akayu (a wellness brand by Ashpveda Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan, through reliable courier services. Please refer to the estimated delivery time mentioned in your order receipt.

Domestic Orders

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Estimated delivery time:

⤷ Rajasthan: up to 5 business days
⤷ North India: up to 8 business days
⤷ Central / Mid India: up to 10 business days
⤷ South India: up to 12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote or difficult-to-service areas.

  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping on all orders above INR 499
    • A shipping fee of INR 50 applies to orders below INR 499

International Orders

Akayu ships to select international destinations, subject to product eligibility and local regulations.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • International orders are processed within 2–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery timelines range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer
  • Akayu is not responsible for delays caused due to customs or regulatory clearances

Order Deliveries

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please ensure an alternative recipient (family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.) can sign for the package.
  • Akayu is not responsible for any damage after delivery.

Claims for Shortages or Damages

  • Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges vary based on product type, packaging, size, volume, and destination.
  • Customers will see the exact shipping charges at checkout before making payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Delivery time for metro cities: 2-3 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Remote areas may require an additional day for delivery.
  • COD orders also require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone else to receive it.
  • Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Bulk Orders, Corporate Orders & B2B Shipments

  • Bulk, gifting, institutional, distributor, and export orders are handled separately from regular retail orders
  • Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and logistics partners may vary based on order quantity, packaging, destination, and customization
  • Bulk orders may require extended processing and dispatch timelines
  • Shipping charges for bulk orders are quoted separately and shared prior to order confirmation
  • Any special documentation, labeling, or regulatory requirements for bulk or export orders must be communicated in advance
